The Big River Thrives – Leadership Forum

Please join host Dale Hall, CEO, Ducks Unlimited, for The Big River Thrives, the second of five leadership forums being convened by the America’s WETLAND Foundation as part of THE BIG RIVER WORKS, a national initiative to build cooperation for a healthy, sustainable Mississippi River system.

The Big River Thrives will bring together leaders and experts from diverse Mississippi River interests to discuss habitat and ecosystems issues as they relate to comprehensive river management. Topics to be addressed will include:

– The diverse ecosystems & habitats supported by the Mississippi watershed
– A hemispheric approach to flyways and vital bird habitats
– An effort to sustain wetlands, the delta and the lower Mississippi basin ecosystem
– A vision for a connected system of riparian ecosystems and habitats

Congressional Briefing on Blue Ribbon Resilient Communities
